You can't manage what you can't measure

Every athlete will start the Build program with baseline testing.

​

This will be a combination of fitness tests and strength assessments. 

​

The initial testing will allow us to establish your starting point and set individualised goals for yourself to achieve and enable us to monitor your progress week by week over the program.
